PSALW: Alliance Rassemble

Space is big. VERY big. Humoungously big. Yes I stole this from the Hitchhiker's guide to the Galaxy. A world, in space is 7chan. Due to the assfucking of 4chan, the capital of the Chandia was moved to 7chan.....at least temporarily. 7chan is the main center of one of the autonomous oblasts of the Chandia, like the russian-influenced 2ch. Back, far away into the past.........before the 1337-ebonics union. The 2ch originally had a majority-russian-speaking language, before their culture was absorbed and diffused into the rest of the chandia, 2ch still having many of its' culture based off the russian culture and language. There are others, like the furrychan and moar. These autonomous oblasts were made after 7chan, furrychan and the russian /b/ seceded in the emo-furry-wigger wars, angered at moot's prosecution of the war among other "insurpassable differences" with Moot's leadership, some dissenters calling it a dictatorship. Due to Moot's crackdowns, rebellions broke out on 4chan around this time, furry channers and anon fighting in the streets of these worlds. A mass exodus to 7chan occured as well, and 4chan and 7chan fleets dueled throuought Chandia, and attacking the others worlds in force, splitting the chans into 3 factions. Though 4chan had numbers, 7chan had better coordination and production, due to the /i/ shipyards which was one of the first goals of Symbion when 7chan was colonized. The chandia citizens who were victims of the Moot regime, assisted by the furries and emos, etc. The loyalists to moot, and the secessonist 7channers and their allies. Anon deserters and rogues attacked several sites that Anon as a whole had grudges against, dragging the Gaias and other victims of these raids on the side with the Emos and furries, around the time of a new offensive of the Chans' enemies. The secession of these worlds and moar, the 3-sides civil war of the chans around the time that the Furries entered the war (the Furries and Emos did assist in these rebellions, mainly with 2ch and furrychan) pushing close to the chandia border, weakened Moot's power base, his support and convinced the Chandians to cease the offensives, and the various factions to unite and accept the treaty ending that war, and to be a founding member of the 1337-ebonics union. Moot was impeached and overthrown by the chan populations; the new provisional government being prominent in signing and implementing the treaty. 7chan and the furry channers still fought low-intensity wars for a while, 7chan persecuting the furries.....until the war officially ended, the 7channers forced to cease their fursecution by the treaty. Symbion, and the rest of the 7chan leaders publically apologized for this, with the rest of the leaders of various sides for the various actions all sides committed at the end of the war. The new democratic reforms made after that war convinced the populations of the seceding sites (the chan member worlds who were victims of Moot's regime andthe 7channers) to rejoin, in a loose association, many of these reforms copied in the 1337-ebonics union. Though Moot did eventually regain leadership of the chans in elections. These changes made, making the Chandia into a Federacy. Originally, these states excercised their rights guaranteed inthe constitution greatly, remembering the past wars. Now they're less hateful, both groups forgiving each other realizing that they were similar in so many ways. The hate in the civil war dissapeared, sided by reparations, restitution, time and meetings by the civilian leaders and military veterans of the wars. The civilian population followed...though it took a while. Now, these groups are more in tough with the old 4chan, they are still granted much self-determination (don't fuck with my constitution and Federacy nigga!). Interestingly the original Futabachan and 2chan were solidly loyal to the mainstream coalition. 7chan has a significant population, influence and military power. It has one major advantage as well; they have /i/ shipyards being put to use. Even though one of the treaty's points was to deactivate these shipyards, and they were done so long ago they were rebuilt. No one gave a fuck about it. But these shipyards are being used now. A massive warship is being constructed here, the first of a new line of big-ass commandships of the Fringers to put a dick up the mainstreamers' assholes. The Longcat-class commandships, Longcat being the first one under construction. And it does kind've look like a long cat, the face is partially constructed but the massive tube connecting head to tail is more than half empty; though the 7chan emblem and the Goatseman is painted on the ship. Also floating by the world are giant Black Dicks; Dolphin-shaped warships, cat warships of various and types, watermelon-influenced craft, and moar. It appears that appearing behind the world there is a duck; blistering with weapons, some gunship. 10 guitar-shaped warships are visible, a Heartagram visible on the "Stem" of the guitars. Some of the ships assembled here to repel the mainstream's raid on 4chan were not sent there; the mainstream being driven off by the time they arrived at the 7chan rally point. Anyway, as to be expected around an "important" or "busy" world, shuttles; also given a general name, "Rofflecopters" zoom through the system. A few craft, launching from warships, or jumping out of hyperspace are sent to the planet's surface, various delegates from the Fringe Alliance meeting here to prepare for the future, to agree on plans, and such..........Kirtaner plans to unveil his aggressive operation, the sword of /b/engeance.

Shuttles travel through the system, from ship to ship, planet to some of the orbiting space stations, etc. A shuttle, carrying some of the HMFICs of the Alliance approaches the world. A transmission breaks into the shuttle's cockpit. Now, as well some Fringe Alliance fighters approach the shuttle, forming up behind the craft, flying around the Rofflecopter. The Main pilot of this shuttly, wearing a do-rag, jeams, and a poncho turns away from the receiver; calming the novice co-pilot. "Don't be afraid, remember war was beginning. Normal defense procedures."
the comlink speaks: "ATTN: Rofflecopter heading towards 7chan. You are approaching the 7chan defense network, please transmit codes."
The co-pilot, somewhat nervous replies: "Please stand by. We have not really improved communication yes, Y-Yes, here they are". He then switches to answer the comlink. "The answer is 42. Repeat, the answer is 42"
The response from the comlink is: "Roger, that. Follow your present course. The shield is lowering in fromt of you"
The main pilot responds: "Yo, kthxbye"

On the surface, the meeting will happen, occuring in one of their cities, specifically the capitol building of the 7chan district. This shuttle goes through a lowered portion of the shield, and lowers down into the world's atmosphere. Going down through the atmosphere, in a low altitude over the world, the pilots look out, u can see the cities there, oceans, the shuttle pilots see dolphins jumping out the water. Bridges are seen, criss-crossing some of the lakes. Floating cities in shallow seas. Flying into and through low-level clouds, mainly stratus types with some cumulus, fogs and light showers, droplets appearing in the shuttle's windows. Going lower, some lights are visible in the distance, the multi-colored lights visible as they descend out of the clouds, or the clouds end over the city, whatever. Said shuttle approaches the city. Approaching a decent-sized complex; on closer looks you see the capitol complex is made of seven leaf-shaped buildings, the main buildings with several supporting structures. Some of the shuttles descend, heading towards a landing platform by the "leaves"; when they get close enough, "setting up" or activating their anti-gravity engines, or they use tractor beams to drag on the buildings; like a guy falling, nay not any guy, but Spiderman, remembering how to shot web; grabbing 2-3 buildings with his web, slowing him down and making impact MUCH more soft. Or the craft use the classic propellor. Rofflecopters have landed at the capitol. ArgonPlasma2000, the TOTSEan leader is the first to arrive, then Rolloffole, or lolly, or lollollol, leading the CreativeMind/DeviantArt forces, this nigga wearing some clown suit, green and red hair I think..........well it is a rainbow afro style too.... Kirtaner, a tall stoner furry pedo guy has arrived as well. The leader of Stileproject is also present, the aerisides root, and various other people. These are the HMFICs of the Alliance, the main council. The Alliance Civilian Leader and its' 1337 Warmaster, Zer0 C00l presides over its' meeting.

In the meeting chamber, shaped like a legislature's building; raised seats further out from the center seat, facing everyone. Behind the speaker's seat, a tall banner is seen; seven leaves on the tall banner. Zer0 C00l begins: "Greetings, everyone here. what r u doin; HAI EVERYBODY! This is the first meeting after the Mainstreamers' MASSIVE FAIL, so let's do this shit niggaz!". Zero Cool whips a hammer out and hits it on the desk!

And "Everyone responds "HAI Zer0 C00l! We r doin kewl!"

Zero C00l heads to begin his speech: "There are several problems here. We have a limited military, we are devastated. We must unite and discuss a plan to repel this and retake any worlds that have fallen to them."

Someone goes up; some general I suppose, wearing a "do-rag"; some suit; it's green, white, a melange of colors. Interestingly he has a Guitar with wings as an emblem on that suit of his, some emblem designating rank, or some award . He begins: "We are in an interesting point now. The Mainstream Core worlds, Xin-hua, Gonghe, Yahoogle, Neo-Columbia, Akatsuki, Gatina, Universopolis, Lumeria, El Dorado, Waltonia, Ummah, Aztlan, Neo-Europa, Niger, Caucasia, Horai, Penglai, Nueva-Latina, Timbuktu, Sanskrit, New Bollywood, New Hollywood, etc have been very safe for the time being. They have their own local defense fleets; and the protection of the federal Mainstream military. Their federal military is not too big and not too prepared currently; see their failed chan campaign. We were able to harass their weak supply lines that could not keep up with their campaigns; and they had to withdraw, as they overstretched their forces. They had to retreat to their nearby base; Dramapedia from the *chans. They were able to get so far as the central *chans at some times before they were repelled. however, very few worlds fell to the Mainstreamers. The Anon, even though this was their worlds; had a low military presence there as they were deploying their forces to defend the other fringer worlds; and that it was a surprise attack and, even when they engaged the perimeter positions we didn't think they would go that aggressive so quick. Then their attack on 420chan, slightly deeper in their worlds distracted many of the forces stationed on 4chan. They used that to trick them; somehow surronding many of the reinforcements. They then conducted an aggressive push to 4chan; repelled after the GNA paladins arrived; holding out long enough to allow the /b/lackup, /i/ntifada and other forces from 4chanarchive, not4chan and 7chan to back them up. The chan forces are currently in the process of driving out the mainstreamers from the rest of their worlds, most of them have been liberated. Actually, the mainstreamers have invaded few. Really mainly they parked patrols in orbit and in some cases blockaded and held those worlds in siege, so all we have to do often is break their blockade. The TOTSEans and other groups have also been subject to attacks, we are working on those. Though this spur of theirs was short; sputtering out there as well. Their HMFICs must've thought they could easily crush us. They thought frong. They failed the game. After their campaign, we have been able to conduct Stingraids to harass their front; disrupting their operations. As well, there has been some harassment by disenfranchised groups on some of their worlds. We have no federal military; relying on the *chan anons to hold the Alliance together instead as our main force, and our communications have been fucked after thepiratebay was destroyed. Several mainstream worlds do wish to join us, but are held firmly under their military control. We are outnumbered by the mainstreamers in terms of population and military, and I don't expect that to change anytime soon. We do have a better military, the portions of our military that are better but they're not standardized. Our tech is higher as well, and we have more talent in technology. We expect the Mainstreamers to mobilize at their front lines and fortress worlds for a new offensive and to strengthen their fleets. This is basically it. May the force be with you."; and the general walks out, away from the central podium in front of the wall with the 7 leaves.

Zer0 C00l then speaks: "First on the list is should there be a federal military (and some other shit). The officers of the Alliance must decide and debate this shit. First is the guy who suggested this."

And the person walks up to the podium, he speaks: "Greetings, everyone. I am known as the 1337 Masta; the officer in charge of Technology, research, development and hacking. I will explain my plans. We are really FUBARed and well that will lead to our death if we don't change it. I remember the shit I had to deal back then with them, and it's MUCH worse. War has begun. Basically I suggest a standardization and tech upgrade." He pauses then continues. "Working with Kirtaners' technicians, I have developed this program that basically responds quickly to combat. Well developing it. Basically it should basically easily re-route energy to shields, weapons, etc depending on the situation for ships. Detect a weapon about to fire with sensors? Quickly determine location of possible hit and allocate shielding there. Lack of fire being received? Quickly put more power to weapons. It si compicated but would be likely interesting and an advantage for future battles. It's a possibility that the ship could be jumped and overwhelmed; and fucked up then. The main thing I wanted to suggest was that we form a federal military, many were suggesting that allowing the Anon armies this advantage gives the *chans a hegemony and advantage in decision-making and want to counter that. Others said that a coordinated force would be better. discuss"

One of the chan representatives, a HMFIC representing the 4chan, Rain Penguin responds from her seat: "How can they claim that? Yes our history and some of our actions were bad, but that was a LOOOONG time ago. We made sure to try to reparate and absolve those differences. Someoen seems to be scapegoating, and I think the CreativeMind rep is paranoid of us. We still have not regained our foothold; we are still retaking our worlds. We are not as aggressive as some may think"

Someone yells; "O RLY!! Why have you called the Screaming Electrons 'TOTSE faggots', and the CreativeMind people 'furfags' and 'DeviantTarts'? You hated us, as shown in your recent fleet deployments"

Kirtaner responds; jumping in "Our fleets were deployed to assist worlds who needed help, to reinforce strategic points and aid worlds in uprising.. We were not doing this to intimidate anyone. Actually, several other Alliance member states have done similar things, and worked with us". And some mumbling begins, 'yeah right' and 'you expect us to put that in our mouths' and "nigga plz"...

AP2K tries a focused comment "to get on-topic": "Fine, what about the federal fleets? Whether the Anon armies are hegemonistic or not, a federal military is worse off. Remember we left for self-determination, and a federal military would be returning to that."

Zer0 C00l responds: "Well the federal military cannot do that. It will be small at first, and the member states would volunteer forces, or frderal recruiters wold directly recruit from the worlds on our side. We could easily modify that, and the Federal military would not be used for force local nations to do their bidding. It'll be in the constitution if deemed necessary."

1337 Masta adds on: "Remember people that we will also attempt to use and build new ship classes, or use new tech upgrades. An example of this would be the new warship constructed in orbit 'high above' as the saying goes.. The Longcat should be a larger and more effective warship class....MUCH larger. Better yet, harder, better, faster, stronger. These ships would help to bridge the Fleet Gap. We have less fleets and must mobilize! The fleet gap with them will get worse as they mobilize their forces. We should do the same. The anon armies are mainly demobilized but the deployed ships are deployed around the fringe worlds. The CreativeMind forces are building up. The Gamers are building their forces up too, as well as others. A federal military would help to coordinate this slightly. It seems as that the smalller groups can do it independently but there has to be an overall strategy, whether the several Anarchists here agree or not."

One of the anarchists enters: "Ahem. We do not agree with coercion and wish for unofficial means of structure rather than coercion. We do not wish for coercion, that's one of the main point. No autority but egalitarianism. I suggest that the troops elect their officers in the federal military; the bombshock military did so, and so did the channers after Moot's overthrowing, and many other forces."

Kirtaner agrees and responds: "We all remember the past, and we will make sure not to conduct any control over you. The Spanish Civil War back then man. Then the Outer Rim from the Core Worlds. You will be allowed to do what you wish. 'Supported but not controlled.' Left free. Democratic elections of your officers"

The do-rag-wearing general enters the convo again: "Well the federal military would be able to be sent quickly to areas in need at first...hmmmm. But yes I do see the advanage of leaving the tactical and lower decisions to the people fighting and we only focus on the major strategy. Yeah the mainstreamers might be able to easily 'divide and conquer' our forces. Though a major offensive on our worlds would be hard, it would be interesting to break the blockade with our forces conducting independent operations and good guerilla war. But then they win and I don't know what they would do to our populations."

Zer0 C00l then wonders. "Let's have a vote then. We will decide this All who support a Federal Military, press the green button. All against, post red. All who don't givea fuck or don't know; keep it grey!." And then the vote begins, they activate the legislature voting system.....the legislature begins to turn; from a 'sea' of gray- there is a wave of green, then some red, massice amounts of red, then some grays. There is a majority green, something like 51-53% majority. It seems as the reprsentatives of states with smaller population and/or miltiaries tend to be more for a 'green'. The chans are evenly divided between 'green' and 'red', the TOTSEans are majority red, gamers more green. The Emos had more 'grey' votes, but more green then red. Plenty of other stuff I forgot to mention.

Zer0 C00l then speaks: "Then it is decided. Unless someone else objects we will go on and the Gangsta and 1337 Generals will work on the planz. Now we will decide on our strategy. Several people have submitted some plans and we must decide and debate.

"WAIT!"-some voice; some vehicle of sound transmitts across the meeting room; people turning around in "a snap". Some members; caught-off by this surprise end up dislocating their shoulders; they not able to do anything else but deal with the pain that accompanies that. Surprising movement then instant gesture with arm or turning then results in sometimes messed up things. The delegates end up able to put their shoulder back in place; often it happened automatically.

The voice continues: "The Screaming Electrons, The Cee-Dees; and the Tacos went a fathership! People have been talking about Motherships and shit; but WHERE are the Fathership and fleet protection we asked!"

An apparently; what is it? "Angry" person speaks? "You fucked my arm for that shit!"

"Yes, I did. Actually; you fucked your arm up, not me. Stupid reflexes. And this was decided upon by THREE member states. So Stoo-Foo please"

"Stoo-foo! NO U Stoo-Foo!"

Zer0 C00l 'facepalms and sighes'. "Break it up. And yes I will commission some fatherships too. Back to our secrit strategie ".

Next, hmm some guy walks up. Yes, his name is Wi-Fi. Yes Wi-Fi. He walks up, and coughs this: "Basically I suggest an aggressive hacking attack to paralyze their military and civilian shit. They have few 1337s, as many of them were either killed by the Mainstream or joined us. We hack the shit out of their fleet and defenses. They are paralyzed and now defenseless for our fleets to invade, etc. A more technocratic way may be a more effective way here; less reliance on military force"  And with that, he walks off the front stage.

Rolloffle, the clown guy; thin, wearing the 'red' and 'white' stripes walks up; up to the podium. He walks up, prepares himself. He checks out the control systems; they work. He begins: "LOL Y U MAKE ME SPEAK". And he walks off......someone else walks up: "Ahem, yes the guy before me was really on something...sorry. I am General Furfag, the Commander of all 'CreativeMind' forces. The plan I suggested was a form of defense; operation "right to exist". We will standardize our military, put much of our resources into static defenses and fortress worlds relying on ground defenses and guns; little resources into new warship and fleet construction. Simply reorganizing our existing naval assets in a coordinated effort to protect our worlds wil be enough, but a federal military could be a 'rapid response force' to any focused attacks of them on us. Our fortress worlds will provide a good defense for strategic areas and everyone else who is with us. We will force them to attack us and weather their blows, then if necessary to go on an offensive."

Kirtaner jumps up: "If we allow your plan to occur, we could be dead. Defenses are good and all but if they break through our perimeter we are fucked. Anally raped. We cannot allow them the chance to do that!."

Furfag responds: "If we exhaust our forces into offensives, we have little power and little and scattered defense of our worlds when they end up turning them around and forcing a retreat."

Kirtaner responds: "Hah! They have not mobilized yet! If we catch them off like that our forces can quickly make inroads. If we are quick and such we can fuck much of their supply lines and strategies!"

AP2K jumps in: "Well we are not so good now. Our communications are still bad, and the most dominant nations are damaged; do you forget how much damage your worlds took? We are screwed now, the fact that we have little or no standardization means shitty coordination for supply lines....and the whole 'disagreement' things. Currently we could end up falling apart, several factions here do have issues with each other. And the enemy is moving their forces to the border and mobilizing faster than you think. There's already several hundred capital ships orbiting some of their more strategic and influential border worlds"

Kirtaner responds: "but of course, I will have a plan for that. Actually my plan was that we would put more focus on fleets then ground and planetary defenses. We would proliferate some of the new tech if necessary. We would assemble and prepare if necessary, which you suggest. We could at a predetermined time; strike simultaneously from our worlds, the various factions taking various areas alone or coordinated with other groups with a basic general strategy. Most decisions would be made by the local commanders on their tactics. No micromanagement. We will overwhelm the enemy's fortress worlds in pointed attacks to destroy, break through, skip by and/or surround their worlds. Some of our strategic forces could then continue into the core; leaving our other forces to deal with, surround, cut-off and harass their fleets and forces on the remaining fortress worlds; much of their forces should be deployed to the borders now or something like that. It would be easier to deal with their Core Worlds if/when our forces get there. In this campaign, we will do whatever is necessary to achieve victory. Intimidation, fear, shock and awe. Let them experience the same shit we experienced to break their morale and make it easier to advance. With less 'humanitarian concerns' it is far easier to fight a war. Even with this, there will probably be some resistance from their local fleets. The core worlds have been influencing to keep their own fleets; their national guards. They want the federal military to be strengthened instead and to be used in the 'front lines' in the war instead. Though that slows down their mobilization. This strategy of ours should achieve complete victory. And I even have a cool name for it; operation sword of /b/engeance..

Rolloffle speaks up: "Sorry for me original (and shitty) joke. But now, are you sure that that is a good idea? Not all of the mainstreamers are as you make them seem. And your ideas of removing 'humanitrian concerns'; your 'shock and awe' and 'doing whatever is necessary'. That seems too aggressive". Murmurs from the chamber begin shortly afterward, apparently some agree with him.

Kirtener steps up, then begins his response: "So what if not all of them are like that. Let me guess...they're "moderates with faith in the system", or they claim not to hate us, but have no problem with some of the military actions their armed forces commited. The 'moderates' don't care about us, why should we care about them?"

Some abovetopsecret intel member ends up cutting in: "Well, Based off some intel those attacks were conducted by rogue elements; without the mainstream high command's knowledge. Though I'm not sure about their attack on the *chans. It appears that the moderates are trying to prevent the mainstream fleets from being deployed when their high command thinks their fleets are safe and ready to go on the offensive. Oddly enough, other intel suggests that they do plan to kill us all. They're having problems with some of their worlds that want to join us, and some of their forces are keeping those worlds under their control. Our stingraids have been harassing those worlds and did suceed in taking some of them."

Kirtaner responds: "See! we don't know what they plan! They may end up attacking us soon! We must go on the offensive, or we will be fucked by them! Anally raped, prison style! NO LUBE! Do you want Bubba's monster cock up your asshole? Do you want the shit beaten out of you?"

Rolloffole sayz: "If we do attack them and go batshit insane and escalate this into a REAL Nigga Moment, that would allow them to say 'See, we were right, they are evil and must be punished'. They wil use this to claim that they are right"

Kirtaner snaps back: "So what if? If we do not do anything, they will fuck us over! They are amassing their fleets and I find it hard that their civilian leadership would show restraint. It's like those self-fulfilling prophecies. They fuck with you, you try to deal with it, no one listens to you, you take things in your own hands, and they bitch then. They NEVER Learn, they NEVER LISTEN Remember this quote: "you made me! You forced me to do this! Do you think people willingly will do this! No, humans are products of their environment!". Kirtaner goes on: "We should not give a fuck about them, they want to kill us so we must do it to them first!. Cleanse them from our dimension! Remove them from existence!! Vengeance! Revenge! KEKEKE those fuckers! Bust a cap in their asses! Do it for the Win! Do it for Great Justice! Do it for Bombshock! For Thepiratebay! For your dead homies! For your /b/ruthas! For the /i/ntifada! For a better world!"

Kirtaner pauses, then continues: "And our offensive will piss them off more! It wil make them seem right?! As much as they have done already and seem to have the "high ground now!? They shot at us first! We must retailate! Do you remember what THEY did to US, scapegoating us, attacking us, passing laws against us! Let THEM experience the same fear we experienced, the same apprenhension we had about our future! Get those niggers, get those niggers, theyz a hoe, theyz a hoe!! Let them all feel the same fear and anguish the 1337s experienced when the Mainstream extermination squads hunted down them and forced them to flee."

Rolloly responds: "But if we do this, we will end up killing some of them, and some of us will be killed by them in response and anger, and it escalates therefore. Violence is not the answer. Given some of the restraint exibited by many of them, we could end this. We are no better, and no worse than them. We are all equal, and any elitism should not be implemented, tolerated or allowed. Are we deciding that in order to fight our enemies, we must become our enemies in some ways?"

Kirtaner then simmers; speaking: "And what about our /b/ruthas who are under the yoke of their oppression. Do we stop and leave them to die, to deal wth the mainstream forces in peace? That we stop our stingraids? That we put more focus in static fortress worlds and let them make the first move, that could be deadly for us all? The Mundane scum are not worths of existence. Those stupid normies deserve it. Those scum are asking for it. We need to mobilize to bridge the fleet gap at our borders that is increasing as we speak!"

Rolloly then answers: "If we mobilize and organize aggressively, that may frighten and scare them more and provoke an escalation in this war. Also I don't think the *chans have recovered significantly"

Kirtaner responds: "It'll piss them off MORE!? Interrobang plz! What the Fuck is that! Piss them off? You mesn piss them off as much as they are now! But ending that episode.. To answer you. Why yes, we did take losses that were moderate to severe, as you know most of our militaries that were activated at the time was elsewhere; that's why they attacked us as we were weak at the time. We still have much of our capabilities and war-making readiness. Few of our worlds were damaged heavily. And your abandon for your comrades seems disturbing. I will not allow that"
